Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

At Twilight Finland, we strive to provide high-quality programs and services. We understand that plans may change, and this policy explains the terms for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus administrative charges.
• Cancellations made between 15–29 days before the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Twilight Finland

If we cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances (minimum participation not met, travel restrictions, etc.), participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer the fee to a future program.

Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as visa processing fees, flight bookings, or third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.
