Social Media & Digital Content Designer (Internship / Trainee Position)

The selected candidate will support Twilight Finland's digital marketing and branding activities by creating engaging social media content, promotional materials, visual campaigns, and digital assets. This is a target-based internship where candidates are expected to complete assigned monthly deliverables within agreed timelines. Outstanding performers may be offered a long-term paid position with Twilight Finland after successful completion of the internship period.

Social Media Design: - Create professional Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, carousels, and promotional graphics. - Design content aligned with Twilight Finland's branding guidelines. - Develop visually appealing educational and travel-related marketing materials. Content Creation: - Convert ideas and campaign briefs into engaging visual content. - Create banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and event promotions. - Assist in creating presentation materials and marketing collateral. Technical & AI Skills: Candidates having knowledge of any of the following will be preferred: - Canva - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Figma - Video Editing Tools - AI Design Tools - ChatGPT - Basic HTML/CSS - Website Content Editing - Social Media Automation Tools - Digital Marketing Support - Assist in social media campaign execution. - Help improve brand visibility across digital platforms. - Suggest creative ideas for audience engagement.

Candidates will receive monthly targets and assignments. Examples: Social media post designs, Carousel posts, Event promotions, Educational campaign creatives Reels cover designs Marketing materials Performance will be evaluated based on: Quality, Creativity, Timely delivery, Communication Professionalism
